Terms of service

Plans and prices

Each plan covers one website. Prices are in euros and final. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. From three sites, ask us about a discount.

Payment

Pay by PayPal, either as a monthly subscription or once for 12 months (the twelfth month is free), or by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice. Plans are paid in advance. We issue an invoice for every payment.

Minimum term and cancellation

The minimum term is 3 months, including for PayPal subscriptions. After that you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Cancelling a PayPal subscription is done in your PayPal account; please also tell us by email.

What is included

• The scope of each plan is listed on the plans page.
• “Small edits” (Secure, Commerce, Advanced) means changing text and images, adding products, building a page from material you send, configuring plugins already installed and minor design tweaks. New features, copywriting, design projects and building a new site are quoted separately and start only after you approve.
• WooCommerce stores, sites that take payments, multilingual sites and membership sites need the Commerce or Advanced plan.
• The first cleanup takes 1 to 2 business days after we have access. The first weekly report arrives the following Monday.

Access to your site

You give us access using the secure method we describe after payment. We use it only for the agreed work.

Backups and monitoring

We keep backups four times a day, stored away from your server, and monitor the site around the clock. We work carefully, but we cannot promise that a site will never go down or that an update will never cause a problem. If something breaks, we fix it as part of your plan.

Hosting

You may stay with your own host or move to ours. On very basic shared hosting we cannot guarantee full speed and may suggest a better option.
