Prices are in euros, final, and per site. Monthly plans are PayPal subscriptions you can cancel after the 3-month minimum. After you pay, PayPal sends you to a short form where you tell us your website address. Prefer a bank transfer? Email us for a pro forma invoice.

Included in every plan
Monday report
A short email each week: what was updated, whether the site stayed up, when backups ran and what the security scan found.
Round-the-clock monitoring
Your site is checked several times an hour. If it goes down we usually know before you do.
Your host or ours
Stay where you are, or ask us to move the site to our servers at no charge.

Which plan fits my site?
Essential suits a site that rarely changes. Choose Secure if you edit content often, Commerce if you run WooCommerce or take payments, and Advanced if the site has custom-built features.
What counts as a small edit?
Changing text and images, adding products, building a page from material you send, setting up plugins that are already installed and minor design tweaks. New features, copywriting, design projects and building a new site are quoted separately.
Is there a contract?
The minimum term is 3 months. After that you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
How do I pay?
By PayPal: a monthly subscription, or one payment for 12 months where the twelfth month is free. If you would rather pay by bank transfer, write to us and we send a pro forma invoice. Every payment gets an invoice.
Do I need to change my hosting?
No. We work with any host. If your plan is very basic shared hosting, we may suggest a better one, because some speed problems cannot be fixed from inside WordPress.
What if I have several sites?
Each site needs its own plan. From three sites we offer a discount, so write to us.
Do prices include VAT?
We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. The price you see is the price you pay.
