How it works
From payment to your first report in about a week
A clear routine: we clean up first, then keep the site healthy every week. Here is exactly what happens.
The first week
- Day 0
You pick a plan and pay
Pay through PayPal. PayPal then sends you to a short form where you give us your website address and anything we should know.
- Within one business day
We send secure access instructions
You never email passwords. We explain a safe way to give us access, and we use it only for the agreed work.
- Days 1 to 2
The first cleanup
We take a full backup before touching anything, then update the system, remove unused plugins and themes, and fix what the first check turns up.
- Every week
The routine
Updates are applied and checked, backups are verified, scans run and the site is timed on desktop and mobile.
- Every Monday
Your report
One short email with what we did and anything that needs a decision from you.
What we ask from you
Access
Admin access to WordPress, and to your hosting if we are to move or restore anything.
A contact
One person who can answer if we need a decision, such as removing a plugin that is no longer used.
Honest notes
Tell us about anything fragile: a custom feature, a plugin you cannot lose, a busy season coming up.
When something breaks
Site down
Monitoring alerts us. We investigate, restore from a backup if necessary and tell you what happened.
Hacked site
On Commerce and Advanced, full malware cleanup is part of the plan. On other plans, write to us and we agree the work first.
A bad update
We roll back, find the conflict and apply the update again when it is safe.
