Who we are
WP Site Care is operated from Serbia. For any question about your personal data, write to info@wpsitecare.pro.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic and your message.
- Free site check: your name, email address and website address.
- Order details form (after payment): your name, email address, optional company name, website address, optional PayPal transaction ID and notes.
Why we use it
To reply to you, send a report, set up and deliver the service you bought and keep the records the law requires. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Spam protection
To limit abuse of our forms we count submissions per connection. Your IP address is turned into an irreversible code kept for at most 24 hours; the address itself is not stored.
Who sees it
Messages arrive in our email inbox, handled by our email and hosting providers. Payments are processed by PayPal under its own policies. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.
Access to your website
Credentials you give us for maintenance are used only for the agreed work and removed when the service ends.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and manage any customer relationship that follows. Invoices are kept for as long as accounting rules require.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Write to info@wpsitecare.pro and we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
